     Preeda Group won 2 awards from the big stage, “Property Guru Thailand Property Awards” and Award Winner - Residential High Rise Architecture Thailand at the International Property Award - Asia Pacific, a world-class stage from England, along with showing a new project, “Solez Phahonyothin - Pradipat”, a luxurious mixed-use building in the CBD area.

     The 3rd generation heirs of PREEDA Group led by Mr. Palm Preedanon, Executive Director of Preeda Real Estate Co., Ltd., Mr. Pitipat Preedanon, Managing Director of Preeda Holding Co., Ltd. and Miss Piyachat Preedanon, Managing Director of Preeda Real Estate Co., Ltd., developers of quality real estate projects, gave us the opportunity for a special interview about receiving the 18th Property Guru Thailand Property Awards in the Design Awards (Best Condo Architectural Design) category for the Grene Prime Don Mueang-Songprapha project last year.

     In addition, most recently, it has won the Award Winner - Residential High Rise Architecture Thailand for its Solace Phahol Pradipat project, which was entered into the International Property Award - Asia Pacific, a world-class stage from England, with Lord Richard Best, Chairman of the Jury, and Miss Audrey Yeo, Leader Asia Pacific, LIXIL Group, presenting the awards.

      Mr. Pitipat Preedanont, Managing Director of Preeda Holding Co., Ltd., talked about the long-term business plan.  With experience and expertise in land development and real estate projects, the company has a unique strength in designing and developing by itself.       “Our Sollace project has been planned for a long time, but was delayed during the COVID-19 pandemic. When everyone started to know about Bang Sue Central Station (the name at that time) which was a vaccination center and later changed its name to Krungthep Aphiwat Central Station, and the opening of the new parliament building, the area in Pradiphat zone also grew and became more well-known.       Meanwhile, in September this year, the company also plans to send the Solace Phaholyothin - Pradipat project to compete in the Property Guru Thailand Property Awards 2024, and next year, it is expected to compete in the International Property Awards again in other categories.
