Announces the launch of a new factory to promote business to international trade
S.R PE Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. It operates a business of manufacturing and distributing HDPE pipes and equipment for water transport, electrical wires, and signal wires under the SR trademark, which has been accepted by both government and private sector customers both domestically and internationally. Starting from the production of small pipes, it has now been developed to produce larger pipes with a diameter of up to 1.20 meters and a thickness that can meet the needs of both government and private sectors.
The company is committed to continuous product development through research conducted in collaboration with leading educational institutions in the country and has received support from the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) in developing products that combine innovation to create new products that can meet customer needs and be of maximum benefit to the user group.
The company is currently granted several patents for its innovative products by the Department of Intellectual Property, such as Steel Reinforced Polyethylene Corrugated Pipe, Steel Reinforced Polyethylene Corrugated water tanks, and Steel Reinforced Polyethylene Corrugated Knockdown Houses. These innovations meet the demands of both domestic and international markets and play an important role in solving problems for many countries.
Over the past 4 years, 'S.R. PE Group' has grown exponentially from new innovative products that have been pushed into the market and received better than expected feedback. As a result, the two factories in Samut Sakhon currently have insufficient space to expand the production capacity of existing products and develop new innovative products, including insufficient storage space. Then the company has invested in building a new factory on a total area of over 120 rai in Nong Chumphon Subdistrict, Khao Yoi District, Phetchaburi Province.
The new plant also combines the production processes of the two existing plants, resulting in a combined production capacity of approximately 2,500 tons/year. It is a plant that combines the production of HDPE pipes and equipment for water supply, electrical conduits and communication cables, as well as a plant for producing new innovative products, such as Steel Reinforced Polyethylene Corrugated Pipe, Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Corrugated Pipe. It is the installation of approximately 80% of the existing machinery and the other 20% will be the installation of new machinery to support the production of new innovative products, which are expected to be launched in 2025, in order to increase production capacity to meet the increasing demands of current and future customers.
With a budget of approximately 200 million baht for the construction of the factory building, new machinery that controls production with an artificial intelligence (AI) system has been installed, an intelligent production line system and an intelligent robotic arm have been installed. This makes the production process stable and reduces human errors. It is possible to control and determine the quality of products to meet the standards as much as possible.
In addition, some of the machinery technologies to be installed in the factory, the company has collaborated with external agencies and business partners to jointly research, invent and develop new ones. Since the company's products are innovative products that are specific, therefore, some production technology steps must be developed by itself, which will result in long-term investment value.
In addition, the company has installed Solar Rooftop to produce over 2,000 kilowatts of solar power that will be used in the factory. In addition to reducing energy costs, it also reduces greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere, which is one of the causes of climate change and responds to government policies according to the renewable energy development plan and alternative energy.
In addition, it also emphasizes on product quality standards. The products have been certified with international standards both domestically and internationally to build confidence for customers and users, such as ISO 4427: 2007, DIN 8074/75-1999, SFS 4231/4232, AS/NZS 4130: 2009, BSEN 12201: 2001, ASTM F2435-15, TIS 2764-2559 and TIS 982-2556.
Including the social responsibility aspect that the company has continuously given importance to, which can be guaranteed by passing the Green Industry certification, Level 2, Green Activity. And there are CSR project activities for the community in parallel, such as modifying large Steel Reinforced Polyethylene Corrugated Pipes into knockdown houses decorated as residences, donating them to temples in provinces that lack monks' quarters, and building and donating bathrooms for doctors and nurses who care for and treat patients in field hospitals during the COVID-19 outbreak.

This is another step towards success in developing innovative products that meet the needs and gain the trust of both government and private sector customers in their use.
Currently, innovations in the global market are developing rapidly, leading to competition and continuous development of new innovative products. For the business plan to support the changes that occur, we still focus on continuous development of innovative products with the company's strengths in having a research and development (R&D) team both internally and through cooperation with external agencies in developing new products.
It is expected that in 2025, there will be approximately 5 new product launches, such as Steel Wire Reinforced Polyethylene Corrugated Pipe, which have the properties of being able to withstand high internal pressure, and have a pipe thickness reduced by 50% from the original. It will help reduce the use of plastic, which is the main raw material, along with being environmentally friendly, responding to government policies to reduce the impact of climate change.

It is a pipe made from polyethylene plastic with added fire-retardant properties, preventing the spread of fire from uncontrollable factors. It can reduce the loss of damage that may occur to life and property very well. It also prevents pollution from odors from burning pipes and has a negative effect on the health of those who inhale it.
